• The rates include everything, that is extra at other places: VAT, local tax, cleaning, use of water, gas and electricity.
• Compared to a hotel room, you get more space and cheaper rates. It is ideal for families or companies travelling together.
• You will be met by our colleague upon arrival, who is ready to help you with any questions.
• We provide you with free maps, brochures and useful tourist information.
• Towels, linen are also provided in all apartments.
• In each flat there is a well-equipped kitchen, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and toaster are at your disposal.
• Upon request we can organise a pick-up from the airport or train stations.
• Normally check-in is from 2pm and check-out is until noon, but if possible we try to fulfill other requests.
• Payment is upon arrival in cash. (Our published rates are for 1-7 nights stay, if you are planning to stay longer, please ask for a special quote including a weekly cleaning.)
