The website www.abcityapartments.com is operated by ABCity Travel Ltd. based in Budapest. By using the website for reserving your accommodation in the city, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

To make an online booking for any of the apartments, certain personal data are necessary. Without the guest?s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address no booking is possible. To guarantee your reservation credit card data is also required. Credit cards ar not charged in advance, they provide a guarantee for the booking.

The balance is due upon arrival at the location in cash (accepted currencies are Euros and Hungarian Forints). A deposit of 1 night fee is also to be paid upon arrival, which is returned upon departure, if no damage was made in the furniture etc. Guests are legally responsible for any damage done to the apartment and for any items removed from the location.

Guests must bring their Reservation Voucher with them as it is their confirmation, it contains the exact address and the contact number regarding arrival time and key pick-up.

The number of guests must conform to the number indicated on the reservation form. If there are changes in this number, a notification is required at least 24 hours before arrival.

A representative waits for the guests at the apartment at the previously agreed time to hand over the keys and all necessary information regarding their stay. As there might be several arrivals on the same day, an indication of expected arrival time is necessary 1 week before the arrival day.

Generally check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is until 12 am, but if possible and indicated in advance, for a small surcharge this can differ. If no late check out is possible, we ensure a luggage deposit option.

Cancellation is not possible 48 hours before arrival (starting from 10 am on the day of arrival). In case of cancellation within 48 hours or no show, the price of one night will be charged on the credit card, provided in the reservation.

The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, kitchen and cooking utensils. Further equippments are differ in the certain apartments. Bedsheets and towels are provided for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Cleaning, heating, electricity are included in the price. In case of a longer stay, cleaning takes place once a week, at the previously agreed time.

Children policy: babies not requiring own bed and linnen stay free of charge, older children staying on normal beds are considered as adults.

In case of problems beyond our company?s control such as plumbing problems or other events that make the reserved apartment uninhabitable, we reserve the right to move the guests to another similar or higher quality location.
